Thai bananas are a unique type of banana that are popular in Thailand. These bananas are much smaller than typical bananas and offer a much sweeter taste. The young and green bananas can be eaten raw and used in a vegetable sauce. Bananas that are slightly older are usually left out in the sun and then fried for a quick snack.
